Payments
We accept all standard forms of payment, including bank transfers, UPI, QR codes, and all major credit and debit cards. Once the payment has been received, we will do our best to deliver the astrology services such as reports or consultation to you within the window of time specified for the relevant service. The website gives an approximation of the delivery times. However, we do our very best to stick to the deadlines, nevertheless.
We reserve the right to reject the request for consultations if we find it unethical or unfit. In that case money will be refunded to the payment method opted by you.
Cancellation
After completing a payment, if you need to cancel a report or consultation, please email support@vedicspeaks.com right away.
Only if neither the horoscope report nor the astrological consultation have been made is it possible to cancel. If the cancellation is accepted, then please be patient, as the cancellation procedure takes 2 to 3 days to complete at our end. And, after that, your funds will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days.
Refunds
The management of VedicSpeaks.com has the sole discretion to issue any refunds in relation to the order that was delivered.
Following the delivery of the horoscope reports or consultation, VedicSpeaks.com does not grant any refunds. If you're not happy with the consultation or the reports, you can contact the astrologer for further details, but after the service has been provided, there are no returns given.
Please be aware that any requests for refunds for astrology services due to incorrect information provided by the user will not be honoured. As a result, we kindly ask that you verify and confirm the information you are supplying to us.
No refund request for an order would be granted once the desired service was assigned to the astrologer.
